You now have the option of filling out our "Member Information Questionaire" online. You will find it on the right in the green section just above the "Prayer List". You just fill in the blanks and hit "Submit" in the bottom right corner. It is e-mailed to me and I input the information into our site. Also you can submit at any time changes/updates that may arise, like phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc...
